Return Policy
Our Promise of Satisfaction:
We promise to serve the public, as nearly as we can, to its complete satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, you can return it to Straus Clothing.
We promise to make an exchange, issue a refund or credit on any purchase with a receipt.
We promise to be fair and reasonable with each customer on any complaint or adjustment, always considerate of the customer's point of view.
What is the Return/Exchange policy?
We will happily refund the purchase price of the merchandise, plus applicable sales tax, for any items that do not satisfy you. We will no longer refund shipping and handling charges on returned merchandise.
To return an item at a store:
Bring your purchase to the catalog department in your Straus Clothing store.
To return an item by mail:
Complete the "Returns or Exchange" form on the invoice and return the form with the item. If you don't have your invoice, please enclose your name, address and credit card account number - if it was a credit card order - plus the approximate date of purchase. Send this information along with the item to:
